Apollo Fire Detectors is a UK-based designer and manufacturer of fire detection and alarm devices, headquartered in Havant, Hampshire. Its purpose is “to keep people safe from fire every second of every day”, under the brand promise: “Keeping you safe from fire. Always.”
Founded in 1980 and part of Halma, Apollo is a substantial global fire safety business with more than 600 employees worldwide, offices in the UK, Germany and China, direct delivery to more than 100 countries, an in-house fire lab, more than 3,000 international approvals and certification through 50 approval bodies globally.
Apollo operates in a technically complex, partner-led market. Its audiences include installers, maintenance engineers, system integrators, contractors, consultants, specifiers, fire engineers, distributors, panel partners, OEMs, facilities managers and building owners.
The challenge was clear: Apollo needed communications that could reflect its product complexity, technical credibility and global trust, without becoming difficult to navigate or overcomplicated.
